There were two Marineflugabwehrschulen - the original in Swinemünde and a second one formed in France in September 1941.
There's something about the "feel" of your photos and the architecture that makes me think Swinemünde, but it's not really based on anything tangible.
Interesting that they could still wear a named tally rather than "Kriegsmarine" -- I guess since a school designation was not a sensitive area.
