SUPERB. Any 1940 dated LW tropical tunics are super scarce, and to find one in that condition is wonderful.

Some day I'll get around to doing the research on the original owner.

The chevron is clearly oiginal to that tunic, looking at the tell-tale signs. Fantastic - and in good hands, too.

Hello,

Here's a new acquisition that I want to share with fellow DAK collectors. They are a very rare pair of 3rd pattern field modified cut down boots.

I have another pair of modified 3rd patterns which I will post shortly.

Nice boots Chris. I was offered these but didn't receive the pics until well after I'd gone to bed, so by the time I saw them and said I'd buy the boots the guy offered and sold them to you.
Needless to say I won't be dealing with this individual again because I don't agree with the way he went about selling these. I won't go into the details but others here know about it.
