                              CLose up of Ribbon bar. Note that this officer (WW2 Major) was a WW1 vet
                              (junior officer, Lieutenent). WW1 medals including victory medal.

                                This is the Medical officer "Logan" (red) and his medals! (="Certificate of entitlement")
                                The letter was sent to another veteran "Gregg" (yellow) for some reason...who inquired about the medals
                                of this medical officer. Its actually a very famous WW1 Canadian Victoria Cross Winner, who later became a
                                Member of the Canadian Parliament and Canadian cabinet minister.
