HI JACOB, A QUESTION, DID YOU HAVE TO CUT OFF THE FEET TO FIT YOUR MANNEQUINS INTO THOSE NICE FORM FITTING BOOTS AND ARE THEY STANDING ON THEIR OWN OR LEANING AGAINST THE WALL. GREAT LOOKING DISPLAYS. I HAD ONE CRASH ON A GLASS TOP TABLE ONE TIME AND IT HAD BEEN FINE FOR MONTHS STANDING THERE. JUST CURIOUS FOR A FEW POINTERS AS YOU ALWAYS HATE TO HAVE THEM FALL OVER AND GET DAMAGED. REGARDS,CHRIS

        Chris,
a quick tip from an old hand.....try not cutting the front of the feet off.....instead.....diagonally cut the heel off instead. This makes the boots much easier to get on and allows them to stand up often on their own. If it is still hard then remove a little of the toes. You'll find that with the ball of the foot intact and the fixed ankle they will usually stand without help. If it is for tighter boots like officer boots first measure around the calf to make sure they will fit here.

        Cheers, Wade K.

It is an early-style tunic. Picture below was taken on parade in 1939 after defeating Poland.
