          For an Oberleutnant in Aufklärungs-Abteiling 3. This unit was attached to the 3rd Panzer Division from 1935-41 and the 21st Panzer Division from 1941-43.

            For an Unterfeldwebel (sergeant) of Kradschützenbataillon 8 (8th Motorcycle Rifle Battalion). The pink color was replaced by grass green waffenfarbe in September 1939 This strap is the one pictured on page 319 of Uniforms and Traditions of the German Army, Volune 1.

                        For a Major of Wehrersatzdienststelle II (Major, Recruiting Office, Military District II). Boards are prior to '42, after which the Waffenfarbe change to white. (Actually have both boards.)

                              Wow... This is the most impressive collection I have EVER seen!! I noticed the parade tunic on the far left of photo #2. Is it medical? What medical items do you have?

                                The collection is (somewhat) insured. I couldn't tell you what it is actually worth though. I track it all on a computer program, but I'm only slowly getting values for things. For now I just increased the 'contents' section of my homeowner's insurance.

                                The waffenrock is medical - for a 1st Sergeant. There are pictures of it a bit later on. Other than that, the only medical stuff I have a straps & boards.

                                Okay, now lets post a few more boards. This one is for the Fortress Construction Material Columns (Festungsbaustoffkolonnen).
