          I still haven't found the documents that completely explain the tariff system employed by the RZM but interestingly most of the holders of these insignia licenses are almost always just names as opposed to companies, suggesting this embroidery work was on a small or even an individual basis. For example the patches shown here, A4/78 were made by Marg. Thomas, 24 Augustenstrasse, Munich.

                        On the subject of tags, it's interesting that this bullion badge has a 'C' tag.

                        This was a direct Scottish vet acquisition around 10 years ago................. had never been in a collection.
