Yes, more.
Look for example in the excellent book "EESTI LEEGION" from Sonas Ja Pildis (ISBN 978-994-94-2261-6). You find more Estonian poster images here.

That's only if you are making money from them.

For educational purposes (like this website) you can post photos and short excerpts of text from books movies etc.

For posting pics - which last forever and are not from a different server - here one has to pay a fee as well by becoming Association member.

Thorsten, I suggest you read up on your US copyright law before you stick your foot in your mouth again......

The same laws apply in the UK, Australia and quite a few other Western countries.

For example, here is an extract on "Fair Use" from the US Copyright Office:

One of the more important limitations (of an authors copyright) is the doctrine of “fair use.” The doctrine of fair use has developed through a substantial number of court decisions over the years and has been codified in section 107 of the copyright law.

Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Section 107 also sets out four factors to be considered in determining whether or not a particular use is fair:

• 1. The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes
  2. The nature of the copyrighted work
  3. The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole
  4. The effect of the use upon the potential market for, or value of, the copyrighted work
  
  

Are we using it to make money? no.

Is the whole book being posted? no.

Is it going to have any effect on the commercial value of the work by posting it on an obscure WW2 collectors website? Highly unlikely.

I can post photos from another server as easily as I type this sentence. Oh yeah - it's a copyrighted image - hopefully it was educational for you.....
