But thats never going to happen.

If it did they would be in the same section as champagne painted SS helmets.

"The longer the explanation the more fake the item."

This is not a collector's truth, and it is ludicrous to post in a discussion forum. Several detractors have posted this statement, so let me say this: some complex issues can't be explained in three lines. They require objective discussion and quite often detail. A sleeve eagle can get by with a few words, but not a major end item.

great but no issues have been explained for pink smocks.

Same deal DP - read the posts. We must have reposted key facts 5 times for folks that don't want to read what been written, but I don't feel like rewriting them.

The evidence is all there for those who wish to see it.

Your Plane treee smock with the stamps did not turn up from the berlin archives. it came from Floch - the very same person who sold pink smocks. So no wonder we still don't believe these stamps. On top of this "minsk-flim" is a fake name

Unproven. Sorry - two days of light internet research don't provide enough evidence to call that one, by a long shot.

I don't think it's possible to change your mind, and that's not my job. I'm just a collector, but an open minded one. The opinions of two other naysayers in an ever-shrinking circle of doubters is certainly fine with me.

It's not certain "Minsk film" is fake by any means just because it's not easily found. May have been a designation used for only a year or two or the government's designation for the company. I think you are jumping the gun on this.

Another possibility, that from 1926 was "Minsk studio of documentaries and educational films" "Ìèíñêàÿ ñòóäèÿ íàó÷íî-ïîïóëÿðíûõ è õðîíèêàëüíî-äîêóìåíòàëüíûõ ôèëüìîâ", which was rename to "Letopis" «Ëåòîïèñü» "

                  Robert,

The circle of Yes men to a phony PINK fake jacket is beyond small.

Perhaps, Owen. I can live with those numbers too - I've never been a consensus collector.

One that has been explained is that they are not pink!

Plans of manufacture of feature films regularly are not carried out. In 1946 9 films are finished by manufacture only at the plan in 21 film. Baku, Yerevan, Alma - Atinsky, Ashkhabad and Minsk film studios in 1946 at all have not let out films

the stamp on pinks is unproven. Sorry but it is how it works in this hobby. As long as it is unproven it will be fake, especially if it looks wrong

I watched some documentary films that you mentioned today. There was no "Minsk documentry company" or "minsk studio" name. .it is just another excuse for pinks in this thread
