skull and eagle - quick opinions please!

I thought it was an aluminum 167, but I wasn't sure because of
all the corrosion and also, the pictures aren't of the best quality either.
Anyway, "M1/167" is correct, even if the "7" is not visible,
(which is very possible).
I strongly think that all of the pieces here are ground dug originals,
but I would of course, have to see much more to be able to say, 100%.

Today I got the skull and eagle! The skull is a M1/52 (zinc or Kriegsmetall) and the eagle is an aluminium M1/167.Last edited by GrenadierKarl; 08-09-2006, 03:00 AM.

I think there are 3 different font sizes for that year, rather than the stampings wearing out I would think there were 3 sets made, but JPR is the man to ask as this is his field
