Rare Germanske Ss Norge Uniform.

This is the first time I post on Wehrmacht Awards.
I collect uniforms and insignia belonging to Norwegian volunteers in Waffen SS and from the Norwegian Nazi party ( Nasjonal Samling ).

I will share with you one uniform I am pride to own. (not for sale).
This uniform is a standard Allgemeine SS uniform, used by the Germanske SS Norge.
Inside the pocket, there is a tag with the text “ SS Rock “.
Almost all insigina on the uniform is made in Norway and these Norwegian made insignias are rare.
Normally you find German made RZM insignias on Germanske SS Norge uniforms.
The Sam-Brown belt is Norwegian made and the same with the cap. The cap has a very nice offiser totenkopf
The Germanic Proficiency Runes badge in silver is an old copy otherwise everything in this group has belonged to the same Germanske SS Norge soldier.

Welcome and thanks for posting this superb "textbook" GSSN uniform for a Stormfører (leader) with dagger. A very nice and desirable uniform.

This is a very educational forum and I have learned a lot from the members on this forum.

Quite a bit of difference between the two runes on that GSSN arm patch. The left one looks nice but the one on the right doesn't even come close to be a match -- and on the same patch... interesting.

I agree.

The norwegian made GSSN armpatches always have long SS runes.
Mostly identical runes, but somthimes there are differences on the runes, but selden as much as on the runes on this GSSN jacket.
I have seen 3 norwegian made GSSN armpatches with pink hard cardboard on the backside but very often you find these norwegian made armpatches without the cardboard. I have also seen norwegian made collarpatches with pink carboard on the backside.
Almost all of these norwegian made GSSN armpaches are unlike eachother.
