yes , now i am sure that this is it the UDF 7x50 reticle layout . i had this pic about it in my storage :


but i wasn't sure if it was from a UDF 7x50. thanks to your help ,i am now sure about it !

I don't think it's dirt.

More like the damage of the coating. Anyway, it's inside.
Outside is very clean and intact.
