Ju88 from Ireland

    here is a typical inside riveting ( reversed from what we are used to ) of a Ju 88 ( Ju88 C2 0880132 )
    the tail and wings dont have rounded stringers but square pattern like you see on the tail. this is for more strength )

            Cheers Paul , I would love a photo of the tail for my collection . I have four or five different photos of the JU88 at the time of the crash plus a photo showing the JU88 on fire after the Military decided to destroy it ( bloody fools) .
            Billbert , some uniforms may have been privately made in Ireland but normally the uniforms came through the Red Cross . One of the Luftwaffe Nco's who was interned in Ireland told me they got a huge parcel in Christmas 1943 and they were so excited until they opened it and found it full of insignia and uniforms . They were sure it was presents from home .
            If only the Irish Military has salvaged and kept this fully intact JU88 !!!
