My Luftwaffe stuff:
1944 external air temperature gauge:
1940 airspeed gauge, as that installed in the Ju 52, He 111, and Do 17:
1940 course indicator. Installed in bombers such as the Ju 88 and He 111. Manufactured by Siemens:
Cockpit switch, also manufactured by Siemens. 40 volt/25 amp switch. Not quite sure what functions it controlled. This came in the original packaging:

Hey Itallian. I bough a pair that are very similiar to your boots. I was starting to think these boots were post-war, but perhaps not?
