odd breast eagle

Hello all,

I saw this one for sale recently and immediately thought it was a reproduction. When I approached the seller I was told it was just another variation and was authentic. I do not believe this eagle is correct but if others out there know something I do not, please help me. I would appreciate any feedback either way, thank you.

I guess I just thought it was this pattern, being sold by the California Patch King way back when.

while the tweety bird eagle I am posting now was deemed a Patch King fake as it has some very similar characteristics to other reproduction eagles.

a trait to notice on this is how jagged (like saw blade teeth) his machine and sewing process was)
