KM Eagle - Is it real?

I believe this very fugly KM - Costal Artillery breast eagle is good....but it's soooo ugly.

Thoughts?....before I put it in stock (or not).

Given the silence to my question I am going to go ahead and market this eagle as authentic based upon it's manufacuring characterisics.
