    Bob:
Thanks for taking the time to poste these pictures...great straps...beautiful Kradschutzen, Aufklärungs and the Großdeutschland ( I see an FBB/FHQ strap?), especially.

    sincerely,

Sadly, I have but one and no matching collar tab!

Duct tape can't fix stupid, but it can muffle the sound.

Verso. It is all black, on the reverse, to include the cotton tongue reenforcement.

GERMAN ARMY SHOULDER STRAPS AND BOARDS - 1933-1945

Here is a board that I just recieved in the mail today; a VERY salty Heer Infantry Hauptman board for the 29 Regiment (3rd Army). If I'm not mistaken, the 29th Reg. was destroyed at Stalingrad.

While not a stunner like most of the wonderful boards already shown, I wish this board could talk!

                    3. Panzer Grenadier

Very nice board! It would be from the 3. Mot. Infanterie/Panzergreanadier Division. The division was destroyed at Stalingrad and rebuilt. It later served in Italy and on the Western Front.

                      some new insignia.
Been looking for a tape tongue panzer board for a while.

some harder to find tabs. Asault gunner signals, recon, and panzer jaeger.

Very rare white piped tab for "SP crewman (PAK or IG) serving in a Panzergrenadier-Regiment of a Panzergrenadier-Division that continued to wear white waffenfarbe." per Mike Pruett.

                          Heer Propaganda Straps

These are a unique pair of straps that I obtained. They are for an Oberfeldwebel who served with Propaganda Kompanie 501. The straps are the M-44 style and have the gray Waffenfarbe.

                            The back

Here is the back of one of the straps. You can tell from this view that the Waffenfarbe is a true gray and not a dirty white or Nachschub Waffenfarbe.

Here are some pictures from the lot. They suggest the training was inter-service. Notice the different uniforms.

The owner of the straps is the Spiess in the front left. Here he is pictured as a Feldwebel
