Set for a Reserve Officer of GJR 99. The Green dye has actually bled onto the braid. Didn't ever think that was possible with the dyes they used back then.

      Jim,

Dye can bleed when the aritcle is frozen in a moist environment. I have seen this on shoulder boards before.

Duct tape can't fix stupid, but it can muffle the sound.

Here are some pieces to compliment Carsten's beautiful Oberfeldwebel Paar. First an enlisted pair for a Waffenrock.

These have recently become my favorites. There is some controversy surrounding them as seen in this thread:
                        http://www.wehrmacht-awards.net/foru...d.php?t=122440

However there is no evidence to suggest they are copies. So in the absence of evidence to the contrary I believe they are good.Jim

Lets see if we can jump-start this thread. I know there is a lot of good stuff out there that hasn't been posted. Here is a single Feldherrnhalle. The other half of this board is featured in Angolia's vol 1 of the Army series p. 365.

I believe this to be a Kapitulantenanwärter strap from Art. Rgt. 29.
