The visor cap is a nice salty contract cap

Can't comment on the wrap, sorry.

Thanks Matt and Arisaka. I do need to make a correction, I should have said I needed a GAB and not a IAB. Lack of sleep makes me more confused than normal.

Ray, since I am not a wrap expert, I can't really comment on it. It could be a very unique find.

I recently picked up a pair of Panzer Pionier tabs just like the one on your wrap. There appears to be little information on the black piped field gray tabs which replaced the early black/ white twisted piping on the early black Panzer Pionier tabs. This transition seems to have occurred when the Panzer Pioniere switched from Panzers to half tracks, going from black to field gray wraps.

Hi Willi, it makes sence that they changed from the black/white piped to straight black for the feldgrau wraps as they're easier to make and more uniform to other branches. Can you post a couple of photos of the tabs you picked up, would love to see them and compare? Thanks.

Looks like a nice late war PZ Pioneer wrap though a bit small in the chest. I like it.

                Hello

A genuine authentic Pioneer wrap would be a great and rare find!

We all know that bad photo images and lightning sometimes don’t do justice to a genuine piece, a hand inspection would.
Since perhaps it's the flash, but I'm not very enthusiastic about the liner...
The wool looks okay in some photo’s but in others I could ‘entertain a doubt’ ….and the stains on the name-tag, they don’t seem to be on the cloth around it…? (but perhaps taken from one of his other tunics?).

I would be interested in other opinions

                Thank you

Why the Coffey stains on the nametag?

Are there some stains from it on the wrap too?

                    wrap

I would tend to agree with Zauberflotte.
The wrap is certainly loaded: name tag, chervron, skulls, drivers proficency, signals certification.
The color tends to go towards khaki as opposed to the tabs ( feldgrau) which in itself has been seen.
However as a whole I am skeptical. My disbelief started after seeing the inside lining. If it is not a pre 45 wraper, the tailor or "creator" knew a bit about the subject.

I would like to see the hook and eye catch, collar tab pipping details, belt suspender eyes details.

In my opinion a very nice wrapper.

The name tag does look like it was stained before it was applied to the tunic. The first photo is from the side and you can see where it goes under the fold but not on the tunic.
