Always felt a Heer DAK display was needed to accompany the Fj tropical mannequins. Finally completed the group with the addition of the bayonet last year.

Love it. The only missing pieces here are overcoat and Y-straps. Always loved tropical stuff ( DAK stuff was always magic to me, and I regret I do not collect it anymore. ).

You know what happened to it Tim, shoved into his pack and only brought for formal occasions (cumbersome things they are).

Outstanding grouping John. Dal tried to get that lovely Schebeler for me but it wasn't to be. I had to settle for a 1940 Carl Halfar and an early undated Lubstein
