How many are known? 
PS/ In my 40 plus years of collecting flags I've only seen
~6 flying eagle type HJ/DJ Bannfahnen - 3 HJ and 3 DJ, all of
them being of RZM spec embroidery. Four of the flags are
NSDAP Ausland Organizations, likely captured at the OA-HQ
in Stuttgart at the end of WW2. See my Bender Military
Advisor magazine (Winter 1994/95 Vol-6, #1 issue) article
for more about these rare flags, including some nice close
up photos of the Guatemala DJ Bannfahnen in my collection.

Out of courtesy to my buyer, I do not wish to divulge pricing specifics on a public forum. I tried to contact you via PM, but I was unsuccessful. Since you are a serious collector/researcher of this type of material and I do not wish to be rude by ignoring your question, I will pass you the information in a way that "only you" will understand it: about 95% of the price of HJB-434.

some photos from his superb book "Ringkragen
und Brustschilder im Dritten Reich", is as follows ...
"First the HJ Bann-flag from 426, existing since August 1, 1937
for district 29, Süd-Württemberg with its headquarters at Horb.
Second, close-ups from a very damaged flag with two ribbons:
545 exsited since June 16, 1938 in disctrict 30, being Südost
Steiermark with its headquarters at Graz. The oe27 ribbon
stands for the old district Stiermark-Ost with its headquarters
at Graz. As such it existed August 1, 1933. This flag was
sacrified at Postdam January 24, 1934 at the Garnisonskirche
at Postdam.
The 426 flag was once in the possession of my friend Ph.Gillain,
he also owned a Jungbann-flag (see second image); the oe27
once was in the possession of mr. Wolfgang Meier from Austria.
... The HJ and DJ flags are very heavy and are double sided. I
held both during a visit at my friend. I pity the lads carrying these
flags on a long pole. It must have been awaful for them to walk
around with it. But as always there were two seconds (Begleiter).
