Thanks for posting, does it have the rzm and E F Horster mark on the blade? or just the RZM marking?
        Great Display

I have a knife stamped with Hubertus Solingen.
This is not a Hitler Jugend issued knife but i was told that this knife could be purchased by everyone, i don't know if it is true.
I can't get a clear shot of the stamp. because i can't zoom in correctly on it.
This is all i got at the moment.

If anyone else has a knife made by this maker i would be interested to see it

                Stahlhelmwilly,
There is a lot of controversia regarding Hubertus markings on HJ knives, you should see this thread on another forum:

                http://daggers.infopop.cc/eve/forums...614#6030096614

That kind of knife appears from time to time and ask about it, and people dont seem to agree or to reach a final statement.
Im not saying it is period or postwar, but some better pics could help. It is always good to avoid not very well known markers. Could you make a new thread and post more pics of the knife?

As Santiago has said, any sign of an RZM mark? ive read that its possible that although post war, it still could be 60 years old... why make them so soon after the war?? to sell to the troops still in germany from 1946 on as war booty to take home

                  not a bad theory eh

                  thanks for posting!
