Panzer black overseas cap help

Can anyone please assist with some comments regarding this late version black panzer overseas cap, especially regarding originality. I have been offered the cap, what is a reasonable value for it. Much appreciated . Jacques

Cocade and eagle look original but i never seen a cocade stitched so low?

ive been fooled a couple of times on black sidecaps and i dont like this one to be honest

Can't say I like it either.Vent grommets certainly look to be non standard.

I have just learned from the hungarian dictionary that, "Dealer" is the hungarian word for thief?

This would not be one I would buy, as the vent grommets look completely wrong based on these far away photos...
