sorry but this 5 bolt wheel is not from a maultier
the maultier wheel has bearings and was attached on a single axe in a two wheel boogie
although the wheel is German I rather think it is postwar
but bigger pics will tell us more

weird wheel

it is 100% a postwar wheel ......the caligraphy of "Continental" tells us that

sofar i haven't been able to pinpoint it on a vehicle yet.........but possibly it isn't even military ,
maybe from some cart used in trainstations to carry luggage
