        stuff

        Matt,
Did you by chance take a look at any tinnies and if so, what kind of prices were being asked? Thanks

          Chris,
I was looking at tinnes at the show to add to my collection but saw nothing different than what was at last show. nothing unusual or rare. I did pick up a solid back 23-33 HJ Feldherrenhalle for 50. Had a busted pin but at that price had to take it.

            Greg,

The HJ FHH tinnie is my favorite and it was a nice catch!

For most part sellers that knew what they were selling were on par with prices of everything else- ridiculously high.
Having said that there were some that don't believe in educating themselves and those were selling reasonably well.
I picked up AO 1937 Stuttgart for $20, German Youth of Lower Styria pinback for $10 as the seller believed it was a cufflink (yeah, go figure), Grenzschutz Ost for $20 and couple more that escape me now.
On the other hand the fellow who sold me the 1927 PRT pin knew exactly what it was but let it go VERY reasonably.
The pool of rare pieces is slowly being emptied and those are seen less and less no matter the price- this show was no exception. I was looking to find more '20s pieces and was willing to pay but not much there.

              cheers
