A wonderful pair of statues! Any info on where they were made or how a person could obtain a set? Many thanks,

Presented in 1983 at the LAH's 50th anniversary event, I'd assume they were used as presents and were sourced through HIAG circles within Germany.

Markus--any way to identify some of the LSSAH veterans at the reunion?

According to the Wikipedia note on the internet as well as a link to the Axis History Forum via a Google search for HIAG, it seems that that organization went out of business in 1992. Is that true?

Yes, in the early 1990ies, that is true. The federal organization of HIAG dissolved itself.

HIAG groups on a local / state level still continue to meet, though their numbers have greatly diminished in recent years. Everyone nowadays is around 90 years old!

I know HIAG Hamburg and Bonn are still pretty active.

I got my HIAG golden award from the HIAG Landesverband Hamburg last year.

              Cheers!

Apparently, this is a full-size replica of "Die Wehrmacht" that is on display in Berlin:

This pic of Die Partei appears contemporary, but no insight if it is still in existence:

I remember them on ebay and figured I could always get them, as they were newly made. Now they are gone and I regret not getting them at that time.

The NY Times has a story on Thorak and Breker sculptures being recovered in Germany (with the usual intrigue).
They have a file pic of "Die Wehrmacht" in the article:
