Wessel - that is strange as mine also has the same markings as yours "Germany" and what I think is the foundry mark of a "Crown" -

Whatever, they still are a Great centerpiece for the collection -

Thanks, Chen; they're stunning! But as mentioned previously, it's too bad that they aren't also being cast in plaster or one of the other, cheaper, materials as these would be great centerpieces to any political display! Bronze castings will probably put these pieces out of the financial reach of many who would otherwise enjoy having them...such as me!

I will check with the manufacturer to see whether the molds ( which I plan to cast these figures in bronze) be also suitable to cast in less expensive materials or not. Meantime , photo of this 2nd trial run or final.

The production product (made of bronze) of these 2 figures. Quite heavy as each weights 7 lbs.

Thanks Chen; very nice pieces that would look impressive on any mantle or bookcase...especially mine! I assume these in note #53 are the same as in #51 -- this latest photo is a bit dark.

Picture at #41: prototype 1st run, made of wax, very light,may be 1/4 lb. Easily breakable.
Picture at #47,49 and 51 : prototype 2nd run after further refinement ,made of wax, very light, may be 1/4 lb. Easily breakable.
Picture at #53: bronze production model, app. 7 lb. They are 12 inches tall.
Now the followings are more detail photos of Die Wehrmacht and Die Partie.( i.e #53)
Has to be made in bronze. More details of pricing to be followed.
