From there one can walk down the Rosenheimer Strasse to trace the marchers' route to the FHH. Many of the original buildings along the route still stand.

      Great thread by the way.

Have drank in the Hilton and walked the route of the march many times. This thread has been superb and thanks to all for showing outstanding pieces

There have been a few of these up for sale, sold for 8-10 dollars a pop.

As well as number 245 for sale! What are the chances of that?

I wouldn't want one of these tokens But each to his own.

It appears Gaststätten is missing an umlaut on the tokens.

Found this 0.4L mug at a antique show. It seems to have a notch for a lid. It has no other marking.

A nice original stein and you're correct it's missing its pewter lid.
