And here's it's brother - also living in California. I posted this shirt before, but now it's sporting it's newest fashion accessory. A brand new original shoulderboard in time for the fall fashions. When I got this shirt, there was no shoulderboard, but there were holes as though there was one at one time. Notice the "woven" style piping.
That is unusual how do you know its untouched?Never heard ofan early one without piping, your sure its not a putogether?piping is the hardest part to come by,where tabs and boards are easier. Not saying your shirt isnt period done, just curious of your thoughts and you stating untouched.Hard to tell with the tabs as they arent sewn all the way through. Is it named or?do u know the history sir?
What I meant about "untouched" was collar tabs follow the same pattern as original applied tabs. Without having any sign of there being Piping around the collar I assumed it was pre 1933. Shirt has no name or I do not know the history of it!
