A nice badge of the 2. Internat. Luftrennen NS-Fliegerkorps 1939 with Brehmer maker mark. I think this badge was the template for the "Wasserkuppe"-Fake.

Very nice badge ... I have been trying to find one for several years!

I have the hollow-back bronze version of that award.

I'm not sure if it is authentic for sure, but I'll bet it is. Helmut Weitze has the same one on his site right now priced at 350€. You can go to his site and search (suche) NSFK..

Here is what Helmut says about it:

This is a massive embossed badge , bimetallic gold-plated, rear needle and manufacturer Wiedmann Frankfurt ,
This badge is also available as a normal visitor badge hollow shaped from sheet metal , but the winner badge is very rare!

Looks like you have a winner.

                  All the best ...

                  MIKE W

Martin Harding describes the gold version as solid back and produced in Cupal here:

                      I think yours is fine.

From the front it looks OK. On your last image of the back, I cannot see the maker mark (BREHMER) in the little box at the bottom. Take a close look at similar medals on this thread. #236. I wouldn't want it for my collection.
