    Coburg Plaque Count (1942)

There are 2 known versions of Coburg plaques shown in this thread; 1941 and 1942. Below is my quick compilation of the known 1942 Coburg plaques based off my personal knowledge and after conducting a page by page search of the current 132 pages of this thread:

    1942

Der-Hasse-Fee (1 - mounted on plaque cracked, sold thru Weitze?)

Erich S (1 - just the upper portion framed)

    So that is 2 x 1942 plaques.

        Coburg Stickpin Count

Below is my compilation of the known/accepted Coburg stickpins based off my personal knowledge and after conducting a page by page search of the current 132 pages of this thread:

        Stickpins

        Kai Winkler (1)

        Martin M (1)

        Harkan81 (1)

SMV (1 - pin broken off and mounted to a frame)

Unk (1 - pin broken off and mounted to a ring, pix not good enough to verify)

Gary B (1 - former Jon Fish collection)

So that is a maximum of 6 stickpins, 2 of which have no pins, one of the later 2 that could not be verified).

There have been a few other stickpins offered but the consensus was that they were questionable at best:

        Military Berlin (1 - marked 900)
        Ratisbon's (1 - marked "1")
        e-Medals (1 - cast)

Coburg Badge Count (Prototype, Hollow Silver & Type 1)

There are 5 different versions of the Coburg badge discussed in this thread (I did not break down the Type 2 by RZM or RZM 189 or different location of RZM mark). Below is my quick compilation of the known badges based off my personal knowledge and after conducting a page by page search of the current 132 pages of this thread:

          Deschler Prototype

Thies (1 - appears to be same one sold thru Weitze years ago)

So that is 1 x Deschler prototype.

Hollow (thought to be fake by some)

          Seen by juoeen (1)

          Wolfe (1)

          Empire Auction (1)

          Total of 3 Hollow versions

Silver Version (originality debated over many pages)

          Rasmussen (1)

Ailsby (1 - from Dodkin collection)

          Total of 2 silver versions

          Type 1

          Erich B (1)
          Stan (1)
          Wolfe (1)
          Kyle Harrington (1)
          Bob Hritz (2)
          Coburg (1)
          HH Auction (3)
          Kai Winkler (1)
          Weitze (1 - Screwback)
          Martin M (1)
          Der-Hase-Fee (2)
          Mijke (1)
          Transvision (1)
          SOS (2)
Greg Domain (1 - double rings on lugs)
Munich Dealer (1 - with double pins)
          Jon Fish (1)
          Frank Scholtz (1)
          Military (2)
          Steve C (1)
          SMV (1)
          Chen (1)
          Gary B (1 - former Erich S collection)
          Dealer (1)

So that is a maximum of 30 Type 1s. This does not take into account/consideration that some of those listed above might be double counted (i.e. sold by one member and purchased later by someone else and listed again)

            Dirik (1)
            Dealer (1 - supposedly cased)
            T.Pasquarle (1)
            Moran (1)
            Der-Hase-Fee (1)
            SOS (2)

            Viki (1)
            Starfighter (1)
            Athor (1)

So that is a maximum of 21 Type 2s. This does not take into account/consideration that some of those listed above might be double counted (i.e. sold by one member and purchased later by someone else and listed again)

Unknowns (Appeared original but not sure whether Type 1 or 2)

            Unknown (1)
            Kai Winkler (1)
            John T (1)

            Jason Burmesiter (1)
            Dealer (1)
            Fallen Eagle (1)

So that is a maximum of 7 Unknown Types. This does not take into account/consideration that some of those listed above might be double counted (i.e. sold by one member and purchased later by someone else and listed again)

A total of 58 badges identified in the thread as Type 1, 2 or unknown type.

I own a second pattern RZM 189, and I sold a first pattern with a broken tower, My collector friend who owns the descriped plate, owns a second pattern too. So I know a further CB at an old collector here in Coburg, then years ago he had a CB with screw back in his Collection that came from Herzog Carl-Eduard.
The Herzogs CB is not more in the Family, so I was told by the actual Prince of Coburg

Interesting. Jon Fish also has or had a modified screw back badge in his collection too.
