DDAC Club Membership Disc?
Here's one just acquired today...an enamelled oval DDAC insignia mounted with rivet-pins on a bakelite backing (approx. 4.5 cm. in length & width) and lettering on brass which reads: "ORTSGR. / MANNHEIM".
Perhaps for a keychain?...or an official disc of sorts?
Any comments will be appreciated.
Thanks,

Mike Clayton and I have conferred on this item above and both feel it to be period original. Our thinking is, as suggested above, it could be a keychain disc or similar. The German translation of the lettering on the item seems to be: Local Group / Mannheim (ie. the Mannheim Branch of the DDAC). Not sure if this disc could have any other official significance. Comments welcome.
Thanks,
John
