And here is this same armband is in 1968 captured by a soldier by the name of Ken McBeth from walnut bottom (pa.).folded spot still there and so was the moth hole, and although it always had that slight bleeding ,It remained untouched and was that way when purchased.I always suspected It likely was a great coat band worn in all weather..swas is also wool and talk about stitching ...as it can be seen it isn't always perfect (also I got a set of combat binoculars,a busch field compass, polizei winter hat, and medical shoulder boards, an officers PP with holster...these and some other items not shown my first ss armband still got it, although not the pp.)
