Not for me - the Panzer Police Wrap in this auction is also fake.

Here is the wrapper--it was from the late Richard Peacher collection:

With a 1944 issue date this could be an authentic use of the late war sleeve eagle, only I have seen. These eagles are always unused when found.

There is only one known maker of this wraps and this one was located in vienna / Austria. That makes sense because the Polizei Panzer Kompanien where built up in Vienna at the "Polizeischule für Kraftfahrwesen".

They got there tunics at this School in Vienna. M-40 oversea hat, black wrap+pants and other stuff.

Peter Jenkins had these for sale on his site--SS runes on black, for the Police wrapper:

Or perhaps for an older style Feuerwehr tunic in use or a Wasseschutzpolizei tunic? For those who can't find a runic patch done on dark blue? Has anyone seen one?

A dubious Army "Stug" wrap around jacket with oversized size numbers, early/prewar NCO SchuPo collar tabs, ugly and overweight eagle machine embroidered on felt ... no, please.

In regards to the eagle comment, as ugly as it is, here is another example of this pattern that was purported to have been returned by an 8th Army Vet.

Wow that is a bad fake Police StuG wrapper.

I just picked up a pair of Police Panzer Black Trousers. Very nice, they even match the markings of my Police wrapper. Very interesting also to see the subtle differences in construction between Heer panzer and Police Panzer trousers.
