I remain really not excited about thinking this is real as far as the insignia being period applied. Most the higher ranking FP officers did not wear the FG CT. There are some references were it was not worn above Lt. I think it is a turd like most of what you seem to buy. Sorry.

I agree with Johnny that its most likely an over the top restoration of something it never was to begin with...
Officers (other than lowly field grade, Lieutenants) indeed usually did not wear MP cuff titles...
Senior MP officers often did without the Bullion Polizei sleeve eagle even...a plain sleeve...

Here's an example (from a forum) of this time a low grade lieutenant in FG, with CT, much more realistic.
Either way the wrapper set up does look good as an impression. Glad that the wrapper was recovered from a conman and in a new collection,
but this combination of insignia can be frowned upon by those in the know! see here

Well if this was put together after war using original parts, they did a remarkable job but why make such a combination. the wrapper itself was for sure never used before this insignias were placed on.

A question,...should i leave it as is or do I take off the insignias?

I like the wrap, and wouldn't mind having a shot at it once you decide to part with it. Don't piece it out until you offer it to me!

According to the Heeresmitteilungsblatt from 1944, page 91, section 158, immediately remove the police eagle and Feldgendamerie cuff band from the uniform. This is listed much later in the SS Verordnungsblatt (1944), page 143, section 580. Of course that doesn't mean everybody did it.
