Apparently, due to controversy on this forum (Wehrmacht Uniforms section) the entire lot was pulled.

Indeed, a sad thread on the wehrmacht uniforms sub forum. Not much love spreading through that group. Hostility shown that thankfully is usually limited to the SS forum.

I noticed though, that nobody proffers exactly WHY the PO wrap is bad. The "it's obvious" explanation suggests that the answer is hidden in the "secret knowledge" of the ancient Gnostic's, which we the uninitiated are not allowed to share. That perhaps the answer was passed down through some secret collector's holy book, the Gospel of Wraps perhaps, and is to be shared only with those accepted into the secret Magisterium of Wrap Collectors.

Expertise never examined or tested remains unquestionable doesn't it.

I know NOTHING about wrap tunics, and the gods may in fact be correct that the PO wrap is bad. I am a retired cop, and in my dreams I will never have the money for such exotica. That said, I do wish that the pronouncements from the heavens would be, shall we say ,expanded upon occasionally so that we squirming mud-puppets here on earth might know of what those possessing the "knowledge" speak!

Just this lowly police cloth collector's opinion.

Gerd, what a great picture! Facinating to observe the "pinched" metal eagle/wreath on the cap, Zugwachtmesiter rank denoted with sleeve tresse and the SS runes all on a panzer pol wrapper! Hmmm perhaps we have the rare female panzer Helferinen image

collectors world is small world...........just got a call from the seller....

The seller told me on the phone, that the swaz has the very same color shade as the rest and no piping on the tunic! I think he´s correct, but build up your own mind..... here is a scan.
