Here is the Olympic Games stereoscopic picture album published by Otto Schönstein. The pictures are by Heinrich Hoffmann with a text authored by Ludwig Haymann.

I believe this was offered some time ago by Hermann Historica. This was the goal of the atheletes: The Olympic Gold Medal for the 1936 Games.

              The front of the Medal

The most interesting to me of the Olympic items I have is this numbered armband, and the Ausweis for it. The armband has the Olympic stamp on it, and in fading red it says "Kunstlauf".......which I take to mean figure skating. I am guessing that it for some official, or worker, at the figure skating event. Through the magic of PhotoShop CS2, I have also shown you the number on the backside of the band, which matches the Ausweis. The Ausweis is not named to any individual as I recall. I suppose it was given out to whoever happened to be doing the duty at the moment......don't know.
