RAD Shoulder boards

Hello guys,
Thanks for the wonderful pics of RAD headgear. I need your help with something related to RAD.
I am looking for RAD shoulder boards, slip on type. Preferably Truppfuhrer or Unterfeldmeister grade. I have a white work-type tunic and I need to add shoulder boards to it.

Some nice caps!

I have 2 RAD 'Coffe caps'....the first is unusual in that it has Officers silver piping round the crown but EM's black piping on the bill. It is a Mayser hat and I think they made many of the RAD caps, so I don't doubt its authenticity.
Can anyone shed light on this for me?

The EM... I have put an Arbeitsgau 1 Traditions badge on it.
The moths have got to the interior but it has the maker name of 'Walter Kircher, Wolfenbuttel' stamped into the leather.

Wessel, you are correct, it is a textbook Officer's Mayser in terms of construction. What is strange is the black NCO piping on the bill and the EM/NCO RAD insignia. Maybe an officer candidate of some sort?
