I believe Hauptmann Steffen is on the memorial stone at Panzer Kaserne (Tompkins Barracks), Schwetzingen...right?

That memorial use to be across the road from the Kaserne in front of the Officers Club which no longer exists. It was relocated to the Kaserne in order to preserve it...otherwise it would have been hauled off and lost forever.
