No credits are given on the page with the photo. However, on page 2, the author writes acknowledgements to:
* Frau Caspsers, Frau Geilen and Frau Kuhl from the Bundarchiv
* Rare photos were provided by Enrico Bethge, Henry Hoppe Thomas Laber and Klaus Lüning
* John Rue in regards to translation
* Staff of Parula Museum - Finland (but that's for pictures from halftracks and have nothing to do with the Elephant)
I only know one person and that's Enrico Bethge because he's always selling photos on eBay-Germany.
