I really like that photo and I consider it to be pretty rare as it is the only photo of a suppressor on a sniper rifle that I have seen and is actually being used in Combat. They were experimental so not many were issued out.

Bill, It's no wonder why this Sniper photo is a favorite and I appreciate Your keeping the photos coming! This last Studio pose is wonderful, It really shows The Vets pride from the Dagger in hand, Erdkampfabzeichen, EKI, FLAK badge Etc... Is there a Name on the rear of the photo?

I did a scan of 600 dpi but still cannot make it out...can you?? There is nothing written on the reverse of the portrait.

I can't make it out Either Bill, A wedding ring with Two sun symbols? I wondered if a unit ring at first? perhaps a member that collects rings may peg it?
On to the new photos! That photo shot of the men in the Bunker with the man Pointing the 98k is great too! The Gent behind the pine branch in camo smock looks great! Love the Camo!
This is one of the best threads on this forum! Keep posting them Bill!!!! A photographic History type book You could fill with ease!
