334 is most likly the effect of using 'Orthochromatic' film, or a blue filter on the lens of pancromatic film. Sorry she is not a vampire.

beleive it or not.......some people(not vampires) have extremely light blue eyes..... my wifes sister is one of them, no fiter needed.
My wife just has the bluest eyes ever.
