I need help in identifying these two SS-Sturmbannführer working at SS-Junkerschule Bad Tölz in 1943. The second and third signature are from the same Major

The first one might be Josef Bäurle who had that rank and was at Bad Tölz in 1944.

Can anyone recognise this signature, or more precisely the last word as the first 3 parts looks like 'Freiherr von dem/der' please? The unit is 163.Infanterie-Division and during the date shown it was with 20.Gebirgsarmee in the far north of Russia.
He is only a temporary commander so might of come from a component unit of the division or maybe OKH Führer-Reserve.
