Here is a small grouping of photos of POW Enclosure 422. I believe was somewhere in France..no writing on the reverse.

POW enclosure 422 was attached to the Petrol Oil and Lubricant Quartermaster of Miramas Depot District in the South of France, near Marseilles. It was actually situated in Istres, near the race track. Very interesting photos.
