A Panther and a Tiger II hull (perhaps at the henschel factory) over on missing-lynx. http://www.network54.com/Forum/messa...er+Pics+for+Ya
The Tiger II has what appears to be a towing pintle or towbar mount on the rear hull plate.

Hello Mario,
Sorry no further information on the Panzer IV except that it may have been taken in the same area as the Panzer III. Bill

Here are some recent photo pickups from E-Stand. Most of you have not seen these photos of a recovery operation of a Tiger II from the Battle of the Bulge battlefield. This Tiger was sent back to Aberdeen Proving grounds for testing and evaluation and I believe now currently resides at Fort Knox, KY.Last edited by W Petz; 10-24-2005, 04:59 PM.

Bill,
Outstanding photos of Tiger 332 of s. SS-Pz.Abt. 501 during its recovery; thanks for posting!
Must have been taken by a soldier of the 463rd Ordnance Evacuation Company, as there are almost identical poses (with the same soldiers in them) as your #4 and #6 in the collection of the Patton Museum, taken by 463rd Ord Evac guys.
Regards,
Greg
