        meaning

Prasuhn is not a name or term I have ever heard. Perhaps Gerdan or others can give some input.

Appears to be a list of items in a person's baggage (the Head Finance Minister of Munich, I believe, traveling somewhere) with the notation that there are no items that are prohibited from being taken with.

As Hanc explained it is a list of items in a person's baggage. These items (personal belongings)

are officially allowed to export. The permission is given by the Oberfinanzpräsident München .

It seems to be a list of belongings from a Jewish person who tried to emigrate from Germany in

the year 1938. They needed such permissions.

Just an observation.. in that letter above, all the words that have an Umlaut "ü" are written "ue". Was this written on a non German typewriter or was "ü" not yet part of the keyboard pre war?

The list should be writte by the owner who could have used a typewriter od British or US origin.

" Zum Andenken an Paulchen am 19.9.42 " Paulchen is a diminutive of the name Paul.
