Gerdan, you're right. The chances, that it's a name, are as high as 99%. But, as to "never"... There were family names Meinarda, Meinarde, Meinarden, Meinardeau, Meinardi, Meinardeus etc.

Hello everybody
Below is a "Beurteilung" from an Arbeitsdienst-Zeugnis from the Deutscher Frauenarbeitsdienst. Here is what I think I can read after a serious effort:

Die Haltung vom Arbeitsdienstwilligen und ihre Arbeitsleistungen während die Deinstzeit waren gut. Sie ist ? ?

Would anyone be able to check if it is correct what I have and help to add the missing words please?

I bought a german cigarette picture book from the pre-ww2 era. When I got it i noticed it was signed by an Otto 1939. But I can’t read out the two last words
