Attached, I forward to you a brief evaluation of Wachtm. d. Res. Helmut Strehlitz with the request to promote Strehlitz to Oberwachtmeister d. Sch. d. Res. [= der Schutzpolizei der Reserve], given his long service as a Wachtmeister (since 20 April 41), his age and his good performance.
Strehlitz has already been through an eleven-month deployment to the East, during which he was proven himself well.

Joda it is clear what type of page it is. It helps to see more writing and the whole portion of the page for CONTEXT. Do you understand what it takes to try and read this writing? Apparently not!
