In addition to the translations by Gerdan, here is some additional info
on the contents of the AHM 1943, (Allgemeine Heeresmitteilungen)
subsection (Ziffer) -575-. It refers to regulations for the
higher classes of the Panzer Badge (long text).

In connection with the other entry in the second column, I wil try to
summarize the relevant section :
To appreciate the service of long serving front fighters, there was the
possibility, for those who were in continuous service in the East since 22.6.41,
to reward this service with 15 days (12 months service), resp. 10 days (8 months service),
without having to specify each day.

In this case, the soldier had been in continuuous service for about 10 months
(Therefore the entry in Column 2 (day) 22.6.41-18.4.42 im Osten) :
For this service, he was given 13 days for the next class of the Panzer-Badge.
A holiday, wounding, frost bite etc., which is not longer than a quarter of that timeframe in question
would not disturb the "continuuous service".
