The letter signed by the Reichsbankpräsident Hjalmar Schacht is a letter of congratulation for 40 years service with the Deutsche Reichsbank. Enclosed Schacht sent him a photograph of himself.

Enclosed is the new SS-pass for him with the number 386 671.
