Two Youthsleaders (the Reichsjugendführer and a Landesjugendführer) are on the photo on Hitler's Berghof.

The Reichsjugendführer till 1940 was Baldur von Schirach, followed in August 1940 by Arthur Axmann till 1945.

If we find one who could identify the Reichsjugendführer (Axmann oder von Schirach) we could date the photo.
